近期，晨星关注到网址为https://5092snt.taespcable.com/3vcsvbgdsb7q5b3的网站内嵌诱导用户下载某应用程序的二维码，并公然声称与晨星存在合作关系。对此，晨星严正声明：经核实确认，该网站及其所推广的应用程序与晨星及其所有分支机构均无任何形式的关联关系。

We recently became aware of a website address located at https://5092snt.taespcable.com/3vcsvbgdsb7q5b3 that houses a QR code for downloading an application and purports to be affiliated with Morningstar. This website and application have nothing to do with any Morningstar company and appears to be designed to trick users by making them believe that they are dealing with Morningstar. Morningstar has instructed its legal counsel to notify the site host and the site domain name registrar that the site is not affiliated with any Morningstar company, appears to be designed to mislead users and violates Morningstar’s intellectual property rights, including Morningstar’s rights in its registered trademarks. On those bases, the site may be taken down soon.
